Todd Willing was born and raised in St. Charles, Illinois. While in his teens, Todd became seriously interested in art. He began creating masks from whatever materials he came by, experimenting with oil and acrylic paint, until he found his artistic expression in metal sculpture.

Todd's work has been described as fresh, folksy and fun. He delights in scouring scrap yards and flea markets for metal to use in his sculptures. The sculpture sizes themselves range from table top to towering totems. His work is on display in several Chicagoland galleries and on public grounds.
